"Shunma" is a neutral rust remover distributed by our company. Unlike rust removal using acid washing, cyanide compounds, or gluconate salts, it is similar to rust removal using E.D.T.A agents. It is mild on materials but has a notably tough action against rust. Furthermore, since there is no generation of acid mist like in acid washing, there is absolutely no contamination or corrosion of other equipment during the process, and the working equipment can be made from iron with PVC lining, making the setup cost-effective. Heating is not required except in special cases.
